On October 2, 1994, three guys took Danny Hucks's life. Like the cowards they are, they shot him in the back...beat him with a stick, closet rod, and an axe handle until they were only splinters of wood remaining. They then placed the 12 Gauge, loaded with birdshot into his mouth and pulled the trigger. They then took the body 40 miles to the Lake Thurmond Dam where they threw it over 180 foot onto the rocks below. These cowards have claimed "self defense" that they were scared... however, the first gunshot was to Danny's back as he was walking away to leave. Did I mention...these boys purchased the bullets on the way to the fight? I dont know what the State of Georgia defines premeditation as, but I'd call that premeditated. Danny has left behind a daughter, his mother and father, as well as two brothers, a sister, and many other loved ones. Please help see that  Justice is upheld, keep these losers in jail where they belong! *Update...Charles was ordered released from custody by the "Honorable" Judge Dudley Bowen.  The District Attorney, Danny Craig is holding him and intending to retry him for Murder as he was not acquitted.  Click here for news accounts.
